Noel, The Blade Of Runeterra (Champion Concept)
(NOTE: this was taken from a blog i created in League Amino, this concept has had alot of positive feedback and many say that this Champion should be in League, i went through various different concepts and this one was the best one i could make. Hope you like this Rito!)
So i decided to show you huys a champion i really hope Riot sees one day and makes it true. Enjoy.
Welcome, To the League of Legends Custom Champion Spotlight Featuring:
Noel, The Blade of Runeterra
"I wont stop until im cold dead"
Born in Freljor, raised in Piltover and a former Demacian Soldier, Noel is known for having a unique style of fighting, his whole life changed when he was being hunted by Kindred, running for his life, Noel fell into a deep cave only to find out that he was chosen to wield the power of Runeterra, therefor leaving Demacia and going back to Freljor to seek help to end a war that could destroy Runeterra.
Noel is unlike any champion there is, being the first of his kind to have different variations to his combat, and no he isnt Udyr with a sword
The moment you select him you are given the option to choose his variation in the Champion Select screen. His variations are Rizaru (fire), Ventaara (wind),Aquira (water),Inaros (Earth) and Liigara (light)
While his abillities stay the same, the effects they do with each variation is different, Rizaru deals AD with a mix of True Damage, Ventaara deals AD with and slows enemy champions, Aquira deals AP and Heals Allied champions, Inaros deals AP and Stuns enemy champions, and Liigara is a mix of AP and AD with a highter Critical Strike Chance
He's a Tank, Mage and Assasin hybrid that is made for the Mid Lane and the Top lane
While he has no specific build path its best you build AD on Noel since its most likely to win you teamfights, i do NOT reccomend following the reccomemded build path.
Abilities:
Lets start of with his Q: Sound Break: Noel dashes towards an enemy champion and stuns him for 0.5 seconds, depending on the Variation your using, it will either Slow, Stun them for a longer period, Deal 1 True damage or deal Critical Damage
And now onto his W: Last Word, Noel blocks any incoming attacks counter strikes and Silences an enemy champion for 1 second BUT silences SUMMONER abilities for 5 Seconds, and once again, depending on the variation, will be the after effect
And to the most important part of his kit, his E: E-X Alpha Shift (not the final name), Noel calls upon the Blade's true power, increasing his damage for the next 5 seconds, anyone at a short range will be Stunned for 2 seconds, if an enemy is caught in its charge, it deals 25+ AP damage.
And now for the real fun part, his Ultimate, Wrath of [Variation]:
Noel charges up for 3 seconds before dashing towards an enemy unleashing a flurry of element based attacks until the Enemy's health reaches 5% or kills, with Rizaru the ultimate deals 100 True Damage, with Ventaara it deals 100 AP damage, with Inaros it deals 50 AP and 20 AD damage, with Aquira it deals 10 AP damage but creates a medium range AOE heal that heals Allies that are below 10% health, and with Liigara it increases Noel's Critical Strike Chance to 200% and every hit deals 356 Critical Damage. But remember it takes 3 seconds to charge so you can take him down before he charges up completely, be can grab up to 2 champions so be careful, his Dash is short so be smart when you use it, otherwise it will be a waste of an ult, and your going to have to wait 200 seconds until you use it again.
And now to his Passive, wich is his Variation:
Alright so this Passive is first of its kind being the first upgradable Passive, depending on Shiro's variation (with the new dragon update and such) the dragon that matches his variation if its slain by Noel he gains a buff to his passive (Ex: if Noel is using the Rizaru variation and slays the Red dragon, his True Damage increases by 1 meaning he will now deal 2 True Damage, or with Aquira if he slays the Water dragon his Ultimate will now heal allied champions that are under 50% health, or with Liigara if he slays the Elder Dragon, his Crit Chamce increases by 10%)
Anyways thats all ive got, i wanted to introduce something new and unique and something League has never seen before and possibly might need
