New Champ PLS :D

I've been wondering. I played lol for quite some time now and with all these chars from different backgrounds (dynasty and such) i have been wondering if you could make new champ as Snake from Metal gear. Similar skillset like jinx but with a little twist in it. :D It would be great if he had famas and ran pretty much the same as he does in game :D
