Rodric- The Executioner of Zaun

Rodric was forced to work for a chem baron from an early age, and from an early age they discovered his natural talent for the blade. For years, Rodric has worked tirelessly for the chem baron. Until Urgot began a reign of terror over Zaun. Rodric agreed with Urgot's twisted philosophy and secretly began resenting the chem baron he was serving. One day, he betray his chem baron and has never looked back since. Since then he has secretly served Urgot, assassinating chem barons with ease.

.Rodric carries a blade the size of him, the edge has the distinct green glow of chemtech. . In game Rodric is an assassin/fighter that can be built either ap or ad.

Passive: Caustic Blade If Rodric auto attacks an enemy 2 times they are marked with Chemical Burns. Enemies afflicted by Chemical Burns take 30-250 (levels 1-18)+(45% ability power) damage over the next 2 seconds and are afflicted with Grevious Wounds. Enemies cannot be marked with chemical burns again for 5 seconds after they have been marked.

Q: Chemblade Guillotine Rodric channels for 0.75 seconds, after which he unleashes a devastating sweep that deals 20/30/40/50/60+(145% total attack damage) damage to all enemies in a cone. If an enemy is below 35% health this deals 20% more damage. range:500 degree of cone: 80 cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11

W: Chemical Leakage Rodric overloads his blade with toxic chemicals, empowering his next basic attack to deal an additional 30/50/70/90/110+(40% bonus attack damage)+(50% ability power) magic damage. If an enemy is marked with Chemical Burns this stuns them for 1 second. cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

E: Blade Slam Rodric leaps into the air, slamming his blade upon a target location. Enemies in this target location take 80/110/140/170/200+(75% total attack damage. If enemies are afflicted with Chemical Burns then this ability will deal an additional 20/30/40/50/60+(30% ability power) magic damage. leap range: 600 area radius: 150 cooldown: 25/22/18/15/12

R: Unstable Bio-hazard For the next 5 seconds Rodric gains 10/20/30% attack speed and his basic attacks spew toxic chemicals around their target. This afflicts enemies with Chemical burns however instead of taking the usual damage(passive damage) they take 100/200/300+(65% ability power) damage over the next 2 seconds. Each basic attack during this ability refreshes the effect. AOE around target: 175 cooldown: 100/90/80
