Shoulder Pads?

How about instead of punishing everyone in sight, or coming up with new and improved ways to lobotomize the community... create an incentive for change through the gameplay or something cosmetic....Like giving my garbageman Annie some sweet shoulder pads or gloves for lifting this trash all day...Or maybe like a in-game wing display or halo effect every so often. Instead of banners and ribbons nobody but your team gets to see. Spamming Crtl-6 only gets me so hyped in a game...maybe throw in something inactive that just happens or at least give me the option to turn off that other mid laners poser mastery level notification...I just want to be able to recognize all my hard work(addiction), and have something to look forward to while I skip all the way down mid lane.
