[OC] Ciara, The Origin Of Fire
As if there aren't enough fire mages in this game, we need to keep it going because that is impossible (LUL). Here's my original fire mage for League, the origin of fire itself and the god of that element in my story world.
[Q] "Third Degree" - Ciara throws 3 fireballs in a 700D line over 1.5/1.32/1.14/0.96/0.78s, each fireball inflicting 20 (+30% AP) magic damage on all enemies in the path. Ciara can move during casting, but cannot use other spells or basic attacks until the casting ends. [Mana] 60/65/70/75/80 [CD] 11
[W] "Blast Wall" - Ciara traces a custom-angle 400D path for magma to burst from after 1s, inflicting 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AP) magic damage on nearby enemies and knocking them back 150D. The wall of magma remains as terrain for the next 2/2.15/2.3/2.45/2.6s and burns nearby enemies for 10 (+5% AP) magic damage per second. [Mana] 120 [CD] 28/26.5/25/23.5/22
[E] "Splitfire" - Ciara throws a ball of magma to the target location, inflicting 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% AP) magic damage on a single enemy on the impact point and Stunning them for 0.75s. On impact, the magma detonates to inflict 50/80/110/140/170 (+55% AP) magic damage on other enemies within 200D of the primary target. [Mana] 75/80/85/90/95 [CD] 12
[R] "Ignition Oil" - Ciara throws a cask of unstable oils to the location, marking all enemies within 250D and reducing their Armor and Magic Resist by 10/15/20 (+2.5% AP) for up to 7s. Ciara's next spell damage on marked enemies consumes the mark to inflict bonus magic damage equal to 12/16/20% of their Max HP over 5s. [Mana] 125/150/175 [CD] 130
[Ability] "Blazing Shrine" - Upon taking fatal damage, Ciara uses the last of her power to become a statue with 10% Max HP that remains for up to 4s and cannot take any actions. Allied Champions within 450D receive 5 (+1.25 per Level) Armor, 3 (+1 per 2 Levels) Magic Resist, and 12% Movement in her fading presence.
