For the free rotation champions, it would be cool if they also made it so that all of their skins were unlocked as well. It would let players not only demo the champs before unlocking them, but also allow players to demo the skins to see if they want to buy them or not.
Skin rotations would be pretty interesting, but I wouldn't make it all of the skins. Perhaps one or two randomly selected skins for the champions of the current free rotation maybe. Taking it too far may ruin it though.
This would make people want more free skins and would make them worthless. Bad idea especially for marketing.
I could see them allowing a free skin for 1 or 2 champs in the rotation, but not all of the skins for every champ.
