New Champion idea

Name: Virgil the Vintage Mastermind Country: Zaun Gender: Male Auto Type: Melee Weapon: Electric Staff Role: Juggernaut/Tank. Late game focused Personality: Kind and wise, but will find and protect his son, the only family he has left. Lore: Virgil was a top professor at Zaun’s college of Techmaturgy. When his top student, and son, Viktor foolishly turned his back on the school, his technology, and his father. Virgil then spent years creating his Electric staff and now roams Valoran in search of his son, in a mission to bring him back to the College and use his technology to help everyone in their lives instead of turning them into robots. He heard that Viktor was at the Institute of War and now that’s where Virgil is headed, with only returning his son in mind.

Passive: Mark of Zaun: Auto attacks put a mark on enemy champs and large jungle monsters, and gives movement speed when you’re moving toward the marked target. Q: Shock charge: Staff shocks in a line in front of him, if marked it will stun the target, his main damage source. W: Vintage barrier: long cool down, shield, if marked enemy attacks, returns damage done, scales with his missing. **E: **Staff launch: Dash to enemy and deal damage, if marked you can dash a second time, dealing increased damage and consuming the mark **R: **Journeyman’s Remorse: Virgil creates a static field around him. It slows down and applies a mark to all enemies caught in the area, whilst speeding up himself and his allies. For the next couple of seconds, Virgil has an increased attack range and his AA’s deal a DOT on hit.
