"Quick, over there, I think I saw the man head into the building over there!" Caitlyn yelled to Vi as she went to run around to the door "Lets try to corner him from each entrance an-" next thing she knew Vi was busting down the wall with her gauntlets, yelling out to her "No Time for that!" as she proceeded to dash ahead of Caitlyn. Caitlyn blinked and sighed, making a mental note of the damages and the bill she will have to pay later. As Caitlyn ran into the building, she found that it was very, small, not neccicarily a small building, but narrow winding hallways in every which direction, poorly kept walls, floors, stairs, all of the works. While being surprised she wasnt in Zaun she bumped into Vi, who for once was completely motionless and, awestruck. "We might have a problem" she said to Caitlyn who quickly replied "What did he bring friends?" she took a look around Vi. As she did, her mouth dropped, and Vi had continued with "More like we might have just lost our jobs. . .". At the top of the stairs, with a dead man at his feet, reloading the chamber on his six shot peacekeeper revolver, was a man known all over Piltover, for his cruelty, but extreme swiftness in dealing with the crooks who tried to hide in the cracks of his town. He looked up and smiled, kicking the body down the stairs, right at the feet of the two women before saying "I see you havent changed much, have ya Caitlyn" reaching the bottom of the steps he props his right foot onto the dead body and looks Caitlyn dead in the eye. "You're still just as dissapointing as when we last met, I guess your father really was a good for nothin'". At that note Caitlyn grunted and leaped back bringing her rifle up to meet Dex, but blinked as she looked behind her, Dex standing there smiling "Yep, just as predictable as I recall." during the end of his sentence he brought his revolver up to meet an incoming Vi, who stopped just short of the barrel and blinked "Now im not here for a fight, I heard ya'll got a pest you cant get rid of, rather a couple that continue to bother these streets." Dex pulls up wanted posters of both Ekko and Jinx and grins "I've decided to cancel my retirement, to pick up the pieces that you two dropped when I was gone." He puts away the paper and turns towards the corridor leading back to the entrance of the building. "Things are about to change here" he says, slinging his revolver on his belt, and pulls out his Rife 'Constantine' smiling once more as he puts a toothpick in his mouth. "I should be relieving ya'll today, but i need the help for this particular job." he turns his head back to the hallway and starts walking "Dont dissapoint me ladies". As he walks out he whistles an old, folk like tune from what he considers, the golden age of the Law.

Abilities:

Passive: Arms dealer: Has a Reload Mechanic on Both weapons (6 shots revolver, 4 shots rifle, takes 1 seconds to switch between weapons if you do not auto for 15 seconds, instead of switching weapons you will reload your current weapon). When you run out of ammo, or you kill a hero, you automatically switch weapons, the other weapon 'reloads' while it is put away. When you switch weapons certain stats will change, also your abilities will change depending on the weapon that is currently out. When your Revolver is out, you deal 10% increased damage per auto attack, and you gain the perk "Lawman". When you have "Lawman", the first target you shoot gets marked until they either die or you switch weapons. When they are Marked they get 20% reduced healing and shielding from outside sources (does not affect lifesteal).

When you have your Rifle out, you gain the perk "Bounty Hunter". When you have "Bounty Hunter", you automatically mark the target with the most kills, or if they all have the same ammount of kills (0's/1's/2's etc) then you mark whoever you shoot first. When Marked, your 4 bullets have individual effects on that target. Your first shot (only if you dont have to shoot them to mark them) will reveal that target for 1.5 seconds. Your second shot will slow the target by 10% for 2 seconds. Your third shot applies a burn that does 10 (+70% AP) magic damage per second for 5 seconds. and your final shot deals roots the target in place for .75 seconds.

(Both marks have a 100 second CD after you kill the target)

Q: Quickdraw/Longbarrel Mana: 50/70/90/110 CD: 10 seconds Self cast(Both) Quickdraw: When you activate this ability, you automatically reset your next auto attack, and it does an additional 30/45/60/75(+30% AD) in Physical damage. Longbarrel: Extends the range of your next auto attack by 5/10/20/40. You will also gain a slight extension to your vision.

W: Roulette/Explosive Charge Mana: 40/50/60/70 CD: 12 seconds Self cast(Both) Roulette: When you use this ability, you empty your all of your rounds, except for one, your champion then has a 20% chance to fire the last round, gaining an additional 50% of your total AD. If you do not get an auto off after 5 shots, on your sixth auto you will get 150% increased attack damage.

Explosive Charge: You replace your next shot in your rifle with an explosive round, and it deals 25/50/75/100(+20% AP) in magic damage if your firing at a champion that has "Bounty" marked on them, the charge replaces one of your special rounds, and does 20% increased damage.

E: Persuit/Withdraw Mana:20/30/40/50 CD: 20 Range 130 (Both) (Flashbang is dropped on cast position) Persuit: You dash towards a target, automatically marking them with Lawman. If you hit the target you deal 20/25/30/35 (+50% AD) physical damage on contact, and knock them over for 1 second.

Withdraw: You dash away from a target, directly opposite of the direction you're facing, and drop off a flashbang, blinding anyone within its radius for 1.25 seconds, that deals 40/60/80/100 (+40% AP) magic damage.

R: Gunshow Mana: 100 in all levels CD: 150 seconds Range: 200(walks in the direction chosen by 50) When you use this ability, you are planted in a fixed pathing of your choosing, moving 50% slower. Enemies in the radius of this ability are automatically slowed 75%, and you pull out both weapons. When you auto attack someone, they gain the Debuff "Six feet under" which increases damage done to that target by 80% in both AD and AP ratios. you can switch targets, but damage done to other targets is only 30% increased damage in AD and AP ratios. Your Auto attack speed is increased by 10%, and you reload each weapon automatically. You cannot apply Lawman/Bounty marks during your ultimate, however if someone was previously marked by either, the effects will still proc on that previously marked targets for your first clip of ammo in That designated gun. You cannot change the path you walk, however if you are charmed. pulled or snared, you will continue to use your ultimate. Knockups/Blinds or displacement (Tahm Kench, Bard) will cancel your ultimate.
