Revolt The Motor Yordle
New oc design and thoughts on a yordle assassin, here's a bit of info on her and hope you guys like. I tried to go off of other assassins stats and info to make her as close as possible to the proper stats she should have. It's been very fun making and designing her and I hope to have more concepts of her finished soon.

Weapons:Arm gauntlets that wield blades that can can retract back into the gauntlet. Revolt also refers to them as sleeve stabbers.
Passive: Rebels Might: Revolt’s motor might make it possible to increase her movement speed. If she stops moving for more than 2 seconds or is cc’d the passive is removed and will return after moving for 4 seconds. This passive also increases damage dealt with her abilities, increasing the damage by 15%
Q:Speeding Slash: Rushing at the enemy, Revolt slashes the enemy, passing by them and dealing physical damage. The next two hits deal bonus physical damage.

Backstory/Lore (Still in progress/updating)
A yordle born in Bandle City, Ravin grew up in a home where traveling was a must and constant occurrence. Her father was in close ties with many villages or cities, collecting materials to sell and produce in exchange for money to support the family. Ravin learned about the world and its ups and downs, trusts and betrayals at a very young age. It didn’t take long for her to take on jobs in her father's place so she could help support her family in his stead. Just like her father, she had a knack for making trades and agreements on terms that would benefit her more than the other party. A very persuasive talker and hard worker, she never went back on her word or giving what was needed in agreements that were made. Because of all this, she was able to travel all around runeterra, meet new people and creatures, see new places and dream of goals to achieve.
One of her favorite places to go to earn money was the fighting pits in noxus and other surrounding areas. Being good at providing materials that fighters may not have or want for their next match, and it wasn’t rare for her to sit back and watch the matches. Watching the blood thirsty men fight, she craved the same experience, the adrenaline to fight for your life and earn some kind of prize out of being the best of the best. But, she knew she couldn’t because of her job of selling and making for others, not to mention what could a tiny yordle do to men three times her size?
This lead her to Piltover, where her dreams and wishes to fight in an arena came true, but in a different way. Visiting Piltover for job purposes, it didn’t take long for the mischevious yordle to wander about and find Zaun, going down into the slumps and traveling through its slime covered streets. There she met Ekko, a boy who knew anything and everything about Zaun, and lead the girl in the direction she was seeking. Ekko introduced her to the racing rink, where people would race through heated obstacle courses while also fighting and kicking each other off their vehicles. Wanting to be a part of the race, Ravin begged Ekko to help her make a vehicle to drive in the arena, to experience the thrill and rush. The boy helped her make her first set of wheels, barely kept together but would certainly do.
After the first race and losing (but still keeping her life), Ravin had a new goal: To be the fastest Yordle. One everyone would know and fear, for her speed and mobility, she would be a force to be reckoned with. Over the time spent staying in Zaun and Piltover, going back and forth between the cities through the nights and days, she met quite a few different faces along the way. One closest to her would be Heimerdinger. A Yordle with a big brain and need for knowledge, in exchange for Ravin finding new inventions and materials to give the crazy scientist, Heim fixes up her wheels and makes even more powerful ones with each new test.
Because of Heim’s assistance and knowledge of mechanics, he has made Ravin a well known racer in the rink. He was also the one that gave her, her racer name ‘Rebel’ because of how rebellious she is in many of the things she does, and heim is quick to comment on it. She’s been in the top spot for several years, going on her third year streak. While the money has been great, and the fame all glitz and glamour, Ravin has missed the challenge of facing off against opponents that were better than her and could help her improve. Often wishing she could go back to the days of first being introduced to the rink and starting from the bottom.
Since being in the top spot for so long, Ravin has slowly drifted away from the rink, going back to her roots of wanting to travel the world and looking for a challenge. Someone she can battle or race against to show her a good time. She often finds herself drifting towards Noxus where the fighters are brutal and the circumstances are even more so. She hopes to meet up with the well known executioner Draven, to see what the hype about his is all about.
Even though she travels quite a bit, she still visits Piltover and Zaun to say hello to friends and get her wheels fixed up every time their damaged or need a little more spice.
