Pykus, The Outsider

Hey, It's me again with an idea. The "Nayuta Leak" got me thinkin'. We need a Storm Assassin. So here's my take on it. instead Nayuta, here is Pykus. This is the REWORKED Pykus, so enjoy! Feel Free to Share Your Opinion!

Stats Health: 585 Storms: 100 Attack Damage: 60 Attack Speed: 0.65 Movement Speed: 345

Abilities

Passive: Fury of the Storms **No Mana:**Pykus has no mana, instead he has storms **Need My Storms:**when Pykus auto attacks he gains 5 storms while Abilities give him 10 storms. Lightning: When Pykus is at half storms (50/100 storms) his next ability will trigger an AoE around Pykus (slighty smaller than Zed's E), dealing a small amount of magic damage (10% of Ability Power) Nasus Approves: When at full storms, Lightning will stack (two AoE's at 100 storms) but, must wait 5 seconds in between each Lightning use Depletion: Every time he uses Lightning, his storms will deplete by 50 (50 Storms to get an AoE but, loses 50 storms)

Q Ability: Thundering Slash Pykus slashes his glaive at an dealing x/x/x/x/x magic damage enemy can be reactivated for another attack First Use: A skill shot jab in a straight line. Marking an enemy with a storm mark for 3 seconds. Second Use: Pykus slashes in a cone. Fear the marks: If the target is marked with a storm mark, either from first Q or E, The second Q will stun the enemy for 0.75 seconds 8/7/6/5/4 Seconds CD

**W Ability: ** Echoing Thunders Pykus slows himself while he channels for 0.5 seconds. When he is done channeling his next auto attack will be ranged and do extra x/x/x/x/x (scaling with 100% of ability power) magic damage 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds CD

E Ability: Speed of the Whirlwind Passive: Pykus gets out of combat movement speed (Scaling with 5% of movement speed) and avoids unit collision until in combat **Active:**Pykus Dashes a little shorter than Shen's E, dealing x/x/x/x/x% magic damage to any target dashed through. While marking them with a storm. If he dashes through an enemy that already has a Storm Mark, The dash will do x/x/x/x/x% of their maximum health Storm Assassin Vs Walls: Dash does not go through terrain 4 Seconds CD

Ultimate: Hurricane/Storm's gust Active: Pykus roots himself while he channels. While he channels, A storm grows around him. As the storm grows around him, he has the option to keep hurricane or reactivate hurricane to get Storm's Gust Hurricane: As Pykus channels for 5 seconds, a storm flows around him (slightly bigger than Amumu's ult) dealing x/x/x magic damage per second (110% of ability power) as well as healing Pykus for 15% of the damage dealt Storm's Gust When Pykus reactivates Hurricane, he throws the storm in a straight line, getting smaller the more it travels (The range of Rek'sai burrowed Q) dealing x/x/x% percent of their missing health as magic damage. 100/90/85 Seconds CD

Where are we going? “To Ionia.” Pykus said. “To destroy order itself!” The voice howled with laughter. “The Kinkou will regret toying with my realm.” The voice grew serious. Kinkou? W-what are you? He stopped walking. He was thinking. “Shen, we will kill him.” Pykus murmured. He started walking. We started walking. Shen… He can help me. We are going to Ionia.

(The entity that possessed "Pykus" now talks for him while He remains mute: That's why he says he and we)

Design

• Pykus, originally being from Zaun, Should still wear a Zaunite's clothes, yet wield an Ionian weapon (a Glaive)
• Pykus should be silent while the Entity talks for him

Gameplay Examples -Lane Phase: Pykus would be able to bully most melee champions out of lane, yet probably play passively against a mage, like or , He could be still get some poke in with his W and Q, However -Mid Game: With a few items under his belt ( and should be some core items) He can start roaming and essentially be a second jungler: Going top, helping his top laner pick up a kill or get a kill himself. -Late Game: Late game is where his goals really shine. He would go in on their carry with the combo E,Q,Q and if Pykus had full storms, an AoE would erupt as well. After the Squishy is dead he can defend himself with R and wait for his team to show up and then poke with his W.

QEQ: Fast way to burst tanks WQEQRR: Murder QEQRW: Damage and Peel R: Peel and heal RR: Execute Remember the passive, too

Build Example - Helps stack his passive, good first rush - CDR = more combos = MOAR damage - He's squishy and bursty so this will help with sustain - Heal increase, sustain - Damage, Slows, and health or - Both good last items, Cool down reduction with morellonomicon, or EXTREME damage with Death Cap

Counters - can and will win duels with Pykus and - The poke is real - Stuns and will burst Pykus to 0 hp

Prey for Pykus - Pykus can shut down the fish with his Q due to the stun and use hurricane to make him afraid to dive in - Pykus can Stun faster then TF and proceed to do the traditional assassin deletion process - Obligatory ADC on the list

Animations Spawning/Respawning: Lightning strikes and he appears, in hero's crouch. Joke: Pykus spins his glaive around, and then drops it on accident. Taunt: Pykus slams his glaive in the ground, and lightning strikes it. Dance: Pykus does the electric slide Laugh: Pykus drops his glaive, points and laughs Death: Pykus gets zapped by lightning, and drops to the floor, charred black.

Over View His first concept was as a support assassin combo. He evolved into a unique AP Assassin. He has poke for laning phase, Ways to stick to targets, and the classic burst of an AP Assassin. His ult can be used to defend himself or as an execute, but he, must commit to his decision. If he uses Hurricane, he loses a solid execute. If he reactivates, he loses the defense and heals from the original. He requires a decent amount thinking, but when mastered. Pykus will carry. HARD. ADD SUGGESTIONS BELOW
