Revamp flex queue to help form teams

Player hosts a match with his friends, everyone has picked roles. Random players can join in based off of roles, showing basic stats such as winrate on their top 3 champions Players can join side lobbys to be added into the match Players simply set roles and hit Looking for Party to be found. (Kind of like old mmorpg fashion of finding a party)

Essentially custom gamemode+

Once 5 players have a history together (10 games played) they will get a team name.

Further down the road, exclusive tournaments with an RP buy in with RP rewards depending on how well your team placed. (or BE) Team bulletins can be posted up once your team has a name, in cases where you have to drop a player.
