Champ select dodging needs to stop.

shouldn't riot make it so that when it's your turn to ban or select a champ in champ select that it tabs you out of whatever else you're doing like it does when queue pops? I mean seriously there's no reason not to and it'll make games start quicker and keep penalties to a minimum
