Should Riot add a 1v1 ranked mode?

As always playing ranked I sometimes feel that my team is dragging me down and that it would be better if I could just 1v1 someone for elo, or maybe even a 2v2. I was thinking that there could be this mode where you would choose lane and you would be placed against someone else and just fight for the lane. Maybe for a jungler i was thinking maybe a 2v2 mode where it was like the junglers had to help the laners, or there could be like a certain time where you can gank to make it fair. This could lead to many minigames for the future of league of legends.
