A Bard skin For Soraka (and a Soraka skin for Bard)

Given that Bard and Soraka are both Celestial beings, she should get a skin that makes her look like Bard. Use the animations from her Celestine skin and call it her Celestial Skin. As for Bard give him a skin that makes him look more like the default Soraka skin (blue skin, white hair, golden horn, and yellow clothes). As for his animations, use the same one there are now, but change the heal color to green to look more like Soraka's heal.
