Twitch Skin concept

So personally I think twitch's skins are terrible (apart from medieval and that's a pain to get ahold of) and pick pockets Meh at best. So I came up with a skin concept for Twitch that could/would look very nice to see into the game. Plague doctor Twitch. It could be any price I don't mind but imagine the Beaked mask over his face the Hat on him making him look very humanoid. His crossbow could be given a black style to theme the plague set. and give him a trench coat for swag points. His Q could be him throwing a smoke bomb on the floor. W could be Like a flask or rats with particles around em (Rats spread the plague <--- stating the obvious) and His E would be rats or medical symbols (the cross) and finally his ult. now this is a thing I'd love to see with Twitch but he pulls out a second crossbow from the trench coat I mentioned earlier and goes dual wield ballistic mode. Final point as he is wearing a mask deepening his voice could work well (but no like he's even or project) just slightly to make him seem like he's wearing an actual mask (Like Darth Vader!)
