Surprise Party Shaco

Can you guys make a party surprise shaco skin?

Looks like a carnival clown

E - throws a rainbow knife that bursts confetti on hit

Q - while invisible he hears carnival music and show his true colors as a clown almost like akali smoke

W - I'm pretty sure I dont have to say much a box with different things popping out of it so you can't get bored of it

R - this should be the best move I want it where there's two shacos but they both look different. For example a sad shaco and happy shaco which you can change. Which one you want to be while in the store/spawn like miss fortune so no matter what the enemy still has to guess which is real/fake.

Icon - I have two in mind a half and half face or just a party face of shaco

Ward - Make it a carnival tent

This is my idea on a skin for shaco in which almost every shaco player/non shaco players would like to have if possible it would be ultimate.
