Passive: Blooming Spore | Range 500

Every 20 seconds Inelos gains Blooming Spore, while Blooming Spore is active Inelos' next attack or basic ability will be enhanced. Effecting both allies and enemies.

Basic Attack - Enemy: Deals 25-200+(10-15% missing health) as bonus magic damage after 4 seconds. Basic Attack - Ally: Heals 25-200+(10-15% missing health) health after 4 seconds.

Q: Lashing Vines | CD 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 | Cost 60 | Range 600

Inelos quickly whips with a vine in a target direction, damaging all enemies in the line for 45/80/115/150/185+(15% Bonus Health, 30% Ability Power) physical damage and rooting enemies hit by the tip for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

If Lashing Vines strikes a wall then Inelos is pulled to the wall.

Blooming Spore - Ally: Grants 30/35/40/45/50% increased movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. Blooming Spore - Enemy: Root is applied to all enemies, tip applies a 0.5 second longer stun instead.

W: Flowering Canopy | CD 12 | Cost 80/85/90/95/100 | Range 550

Inelos shields an ally for 75/100/125/150/175+(15% Ability Power) damage for 2 seconds, if the shield breaks then the ally will gain 20/30/40/50/60+(1% Bonus Health) Ability Power for 3 seconds.

Blooming Spore - Ally: Breaking the shield also breaks all crowd control and grants 40% tenacity for 3 seconds. Blooming Spore - Enemy: Receive 60/80/100/120/140% of damage dealt to the shield as magic damage.

E: Bladed Grass | CD 20/19/18/17/16(1 Second Recast) | Cost 55/60/65/70/75 | Range 500 | Radius 250

Inelos grows a patch of grass that damages enemies who move in it, dealing 4/6/8/10/12+(0.6% Bonus Health, 2% Ability Power) physical damage for every 10 units moved. Lasts 8 Seconds. Holds up to 2 charges.

Blooming Spore - Ally: +12/20/28/36/44 Armor and Magic Resistance while inside. Blooming Spore - Enemy: Enemies inside are grounded.

R: Petal Storm | CD 40/35/30 | Cost 100/110/120 | Range 700 | Radius 350

Inelos spits a giant seed into the sky that bursts after 0.3 seconds into thousands of petals, the petals float down over 3 seconds and violently swarm around while enemies are inside. Enemies caught inside take 300/450/600+(100% Ability Power) Magic Damage over the duration and have their resistances shredded by 10/20/30+(1% Max Health) over the duration persisting for 2 seconds.

Passive: Using Petal Storm resets Blooming Spore's cooldown.

In most cases Petal Storm will only do about 2/3 of its effects when lucky, so 200/300/400+(66%) damage and 6/13/20+(0.66%) shred. If someone happens to get stunned while inside THEN you'll see the damage numbers climb. Total AP scaling for damage is around 251% with 2 charges of E spent and an enemy walking through both one time. Bonus HP damage scaling is 45% with Q + Ex2. If you manage 1,000 AP versus 3,000 bonus HP then you'll deal 2,510 versus 1,350, but with hp you get better tank stats so remember that.
