trying to build a new voice operating system

A voice system where i can be patched with allies for the live game without getting their usernames. So basically a website or some sort where I use my ingame username and get patched with allies. I feel as a solo player its the best way to communicate without the hassle of downloading a software, app which there are so many already. Another cool feature could be talking with enemies also. I know there can be a lot of trolls but always a mute option and it can boost the competitiveness. I just want something where I dont need to download anything and it auto patches us into 1 room where the allies can chat.
