Name: Delva Weapon: Rounded Dragoon Lance (the kind that look similar to jousting lances but different) Champion Class: Brawler Damage Type: Attack Damage Resource: Dark Energy

Passive: Corrupt Siphon Delva absorbs energy from those she slays, granting her stacks of "Dark Energy" per kill. She gains 1 stack per non-champion kill and assist while gaining 3 per champion kill, up to 6 stacks total. Delva's basic abilities consume stacks when cast, empowering them. If Delva kills an enemy champion with an empowered ability, 50% of that ability's current cooldown is refunded. Details: "Dark Energy" consumption works similar to Renekton's Fury and empower mechanics, where it's a non-optional consumption when the required cost is available for consumption (Renekton's abilities requiring 50/100 Fury, while most of Delva's require 3/6 Dark Energy). Due to the corruption that's infecting Delva, it forces her to attack her enemies viciously whenever possible.

Q: Undershadow Empowered Cost: 3 stacks Delva warps the shadows under her, creating a vortex leading to a targeted location (location will have a visual effect to show where the attack ends up). She then thrusts her lance through the vortex to pierce all enemies at the target location with a shadow lance, dealing physical damage and slowing all damaged for a short duration. Empowered Bonus: Undershadow gains increased range. Re-activating the ability during the cast time allows Delva to travel through the warp, becoming untargetable during a short travel time and bursts out of the vortex. The energy blast re-applies the damage and slow, the slow becomes a root on previously damaged units. Details: The wind-up time for the spell to make the vortex and thrust the lance into it causes a short self-root effect similar to that of Renekton's W except it cannot be animation canceled. Empowered Details: Due to her corruption controlling most of her actions, even while hard-CC'd she can still travel through the vortex that lays beneath her. She will however still be inflicted by the CC on exit.

W: Shadow Mail Empowered Cost: 6 stacks Delva infuses shadows into her armor and lance causing her to grow more violent, granting her damage reduction and bonus damage on her basic attacks for a duration. If she strikes an enemy champion with a basic attack during this time, she siphons 1 stack of "Dark Energy" up to 3 stacks over the duration. Enemy Champion kills and assists reset the duration. Empowered Bonus: Basic attacks gain bonus range, more damage, and attack speed for the duration. Delva can now absorb up to 6 stacks of "Dark Energy" over the duration. Details: The reset duration is a full reset, allowing her to gain up to 3 new stacks of "Dark Energy" on top of whatever she might have previously acquired. Empowered Details: The absorbed "Dark Energy" boosted the power of the shadow infusion, granting the shadows a greater hunger for "Dark Energy", resulting in more damage output and increased absorption cap.

E: Leaping Corruption Empowered Cost: 3 stacks Delva targets an enemy and leaps to it, dealing physical damage and rooting the target for a short duration from the force of the impact. It can also be cast on allied champions. Empowered Bonus: The "Dark Energy" causes the impact radius to be delt as AOE, damaging every non-allied unit within it while slowing nearby enemy units and stunning the initial target instead. Details: A very simple gap-closing target spell. It can also be used as an escape tool with a friendly unit if needed, but only on allied champions (not on minions/pets/wards/etc). Empowered Details: The ability gains AOE damage with light CC on non-targets while causing stronger CC on the intended target. In addition, casting Leaping Mist on an ally it does not proct the empowered bonus because they are not her prey thus not consuming "Dark Energy".

R: Ruin Breakthrough Delva charges her lance for a short duration, infusing it with powerful shadows. She then thrusts forward with immense power, dealing physical damage to all she thrusts through and creates a zone of dark energy with a vortex inside, pulling all damaged into the center of the thrust path and grounding every enemy damaged within the zone. During her initial thrust travel, Ruin Breakthrough can be re--activated for a return trip upon reaching max distance, dealing the same damage again while dealing bonus damage and stunning those hit by the initial thrust. Each unique champion hit grants 1 stack of "Dark Energy". If an enemy champion is killed by Ruin Breakthrough, the cooldown on Delva's basic abilities are fully reset. Details: The pull works similar to what happens when Vi Qs through non-champions. The AOE size of the ult would be around the same as Aurelion Sol's ult, except a wider path. Enemies are only grounded while within the zone, on exit they gain their mobility back and anyone not damaged by the initial hit will not be grounded. The zone remains for a short duration after Delva completes her thrust(s).

Basic Lore: Delva was once an honorable and powerful dragoon who resided in Demacia. Growing up, she was friends with Lux and Garen and remained so all her natural life. Delva had always had the ability to use and absorb energy, though it wasn't very strong or useful until she learned how to infuse it within objects. Through her studies along side her friends, Delva learned how to fight using physical weapons while infusing them and her armor with Light Energy. Through her special training of steel and energy, she eventually rose through the ranks and acquired command of her own squadron.

Delva and her squadron were eventually sent to the Shadow Isles in search of a way to end the Black Mist which still threatened Runeterra, believing her ability to infuse Light Energy would allow her to and her men protection. Upon arriving, the Black Mist and corrupted souls within the isle attacked Delva and her crew. Despite her best efforts with the Light Energy she infused inside of herself to combat the threat, Delva and her followers too eventually were defeated and corrupted by the Black Mist. The light she had infused allowed her a little of her humanity to remain, however it was twisted within her corrupted madness. While Delva could keep barely enough control to not randomly lash out against non-threats, those she did deem enemies however were attacked and killed violently because of her now half-corrupted state of mind. In her current state, she had become a very dangerous threat for the energy she now absorbed was no longer one of Light Energy, but the corrupted Dark Energy which resided within the isle and evil ambitions of all things. Delva's corruption also boosted her overall power, giving her new abilities she could not wield before, giving her now a more feral sense of fighting.

Inside of her twisted humanity however, she somehow remembered her mission and pressed on toward her one and only goal. "Find a way to end the mist." Delva would tell herself over and over as she wandered aimlessly on the island, looking for answers she might never find.

Eventually Delva stumbled upon a man with a cloak of shadow with a vial around his neck that she could feel her corrupted state detest. Due to the feeling she got from the vial, her sane mind deemed him a non-threat and potential ally against the Black Mist and thus did not attack him. Her corrupted mind however kept watch on him, craving to kill him if ever seen as an enemy just like the rest of her prey. Her sanity could not communicate to the man, but she now knew that there was someone else who shared her mission and had their own light on an island of mist and madness.

This is a Work-In-Progress at the moment that I might update later and re-post. Let me know what you think down below and thank you for taking time to read this.
