Abner Thane The Lord of Lightning

I have a champ idea for a champion that has two transformation dual swords with increased attack speed and a spear with increased damage. His passive is every fourth attack stuns the target for a half second. For spear his Q lobs a spear that lands with AoE electric damage. W stabs the ground calling a lightning bolt that damages and knocked everyone back. E surrounds you with lightning and blinks to an enemy stabbing them and stunning/damaging everyone caught in the initial spot. For swords his Q would throw a sword and then can be reactivated to teleport and take the sword back. W would charge your blades with electricity to do a small AoE. E would be two separate dashes that leave an electric trail damaging people who walk on it. R would be switching of weapons. I am also caught on the idea of maybe having the spear be a purchasable item you have to activate and it last 30 seconds and has a two minute cool down. Or having the transformation be based upon charging up enough electricity with your swords to conjure the spear. If that's the case the spears ultimate would be to stab the ground and send three separate electrical currents to a target and have them explode.
