Precision
Critical Mass (Keystone)
Hitting an enemy champion with a basic attack grants you 1% Critical Strike Chance for 6 seconds. This can stack up to 5 times. You gain an additional 4% Critical Strike Chance while you have five stacks.
You also permanently gain 3% Critical Strike Chance.
Pervade (first row) 2% of the premitigated damage you deal to enemy champions is counted as true damage.
Legend: Vitality (second row) Gain 30% base health and mana regen plus an additional 12% for every Legend stack (max 10 stacks).
Earn progress toward Legend stacks for every champion takedown, epic monster takedown, large monster kill, and minion kill.
Jack of All Killing (third row) Deal 2% more damage to enemy champions, increasing to 4% for 10s after killing an enemy champion.
Domination
Turret Ward (Keystone)
Wards you place gain a turret component hovering over them. Enemy champions within its firing range (550 units) take 4 - 55 magic damage (based on level, +3 per level). The turret fires once every 0.5 seconds.
The turret ward does not fire if it is hidden from the enemy.
Pressurized Strike (first row) Hitting an anemy champion that is within the radius of an allied turret will deal 18-35 (+0.2 bonus AD, +0.1 AP) adaptive damage (based on level).
Cooldown: 20s
Minion Augmentation (second row) Collect Minion Augmentation orbs for champion and ward takedowns. Nearby allied large minions deal 1% bonus damage per orb collected.
Upon completing your collection at 20 orbs, the bonus damage increases by 10%.
Collect 2 orbs per champion kill, 1 per assist, and 1 per ward takedown.
Vigorous Hunter (third row) Your basic attacks against enemy champions deal bonus adaptive damage on hit. Damage: 0.1% of maximum mana + 0.1% per Bounty Hunter stack.
Earn a Bounty Hunter stack the first time you get a takedown on each enemy champion.
If your champion does not have mana, the damage is instead based on maximum health.
Sorcery
Pulsefire Blast (Keystone)
Damaging an enemy champion with an ability shoots a blast in a straight line towards the nearest enemy champion originating from the triggering champion, or, if Pulsefire Blast is on cooldown, reduces its remaining cooldown. If there is no nearby enemy, the blast will travel half its distance, and then turn back towards the triggering enemy in a straight line.
Adaptive Damage: 30 - 100 based on level (+0.2 AP and +0.35 bonus AD) Cooldown: 20 - 8s
Cooldown Reduction: Single Target: 20%. Area of Effect: 10%. Damage over Time: 5%.
Deepsea Reservoir (first row) Every 30s, your next ability used permanently increases your maximum mana by 3, up to a maximum of 120 mana.
Corruption (second row) While below 20% mana, gain an adaptive bonus of up to 24 Attack Damage or 40 Ability Power (based on level).
Lightning Bolt (third row) After the first 10 mins, your next ability deals bonus adaptive damage to enemy champions equal to 1% of your maximum mana.

Resolve
Synchronized Recovery (Keystone)
The nearby allied champion with the lowest health benefits from 50% of your health recovery from base health regen and potions.
Shroud (first row) You take 10% less damage from minions and small monsters.
Safeguard (third row) When you use an ability, item, or summoner spell on an ally champion, you shield them for 3 - 20 damage based on level. The shield lasts for 2 seconds.
Inspiration
Pocketed Spell (Keystone)
Once every 240 seconds, you can cast one of your summoner spells that are on cooldown.
Pocketed Spell also benefits from summoner spell cooldown reduction.
This does not work for Smite or Flash.
Minion Materializer (first row) Gain a Minion Materializer every 3 min, until 12 min.
Using a Minion Materializer on an ally minion brings it back to full health, and increases the damage it does by 30% for 5 seconds.
Savings Account (second row) 1% of the gold you earn is added to your Savings Account. After every 5 mins, you gain the total amount earned upon returning to base.
Enlightened Star (third row) Gain 1 experience point every 3 seconds. This rune is on cooldown for the first 155s of the game.
