Great Idea for april fools day/ a new gamemode/ advertising existing ones

2 Weeks before april first, you remove the most hated champ in League, could be Teemo, could be Yasuo, you can even do a strawpall to figure it out, then on April fools day, in every single game you have that hated champ, standing somewhere on the map, randomly atacking, following you arround the map, stealing cs or even screwing with your audio to permanently let you hear teemo/lux/ lulu laugh. He's not targetable and can't have too much impact on one particular team and ia just there to annoy everyone (he's basically a neutral mob). Then you can even create a gamemode where 1 players fills in the role of the ghost and gets to screw with the other 10 players, he's using the practise tool on a real game so he can decide where he spawns, let the first minion wave be level 20 or sth and his goal is to make it as hard as possible for any team to win. The other 10 players goal is to finish the game normally (so that 1 Team wins before a certain time or whatever). To balance it out you can put cooldowns on the ghosts abilities, like every 5 minutes he can spawn himself to actually fight, or ever 2 minutes he can change a gamesetting like enpowering minions or messing with the audio. I'd love to hear what you think about that idea and if it would be even possible to programm properly.
