Exchange fragment of skins with friends

Hello or good evening everyone, First of all I would like to present to you an idea that I and my friends have to think about this idea then as you saw in the title and to have the possibility of being able to exchange fragments of skins with its list friends or other people. We find that this addition would not run the economy of the game because it is not directly skins which are exchanged but fragments so it would still have to have orange essences to have the skins and also not everyone has a large quantity of fragments that would go well. For the exchange time, we will see in time to be able to exchange a skin between 1 or 2 skins per month or less to see like that would not be too much abuse.
