Watcher's Mask + + 200 Gold = 2700 Gold +80 Ability Power +50 Armor UNIQUE Passive- Eyes of Pain: +15 Magic Penetration UNIQUE Passive- Ice Block: Every 30 seconds, generate a charge of Ice Block that causes one instant of Ability Damage to be reduced by 40% for basic abilities, reduced to 10% for ultimate abilities. This can hold up to 3 charges.

This item is a close-ranged Mages best friend! Another armor item for Mages is needed with Zhonya's Hourglass and this is a good solution. All Mages can build it, but I can see it being used mostly on those who need the extra defenses. This is also an alternate anti-Assassin item for Mages, but Assassins who make use of their ultimate a LOT to kill enemy champions will likely be able to ignore majority of this item's effects, especially if they are AP.
