Option to disable chat in client options

this is the second time i'm posting this because my first post was heavily misunderstood so i'll try to better explain what i mean now I want a checkbox like that to be added to the game to prevent MYSELF from being able to type in chat I could just block them but that doesn't prevent ME from being an asshole and get punished for toxicity I just want this for toxic people as an option to chatban themselves without climbing the ladder to a perma-ban instead of challenger This got so heavily misunderstood before that they couldn't even think of it only being meant for the toxic guys. They thought it was meant for people that don't want to listen to toxicity
