Bring Back Teambuilder

Team builder was removed due to long queue times and off meta picks never being put into a team, but since most off meta picks are being reworked or are more meta. I think you should bring back team builder. I would rather wait an extra minute than waste 20 playing with a leona top lane who ends up losing lane and throwing, then just kicking from a team builder. The queues would be a lot more faster due to people wanting to main characters rather than a lane. As well as troll bans in draft due to a teammate not wanting you to play that character and then you're stuck for 20-30 mins until you can play that character you wanted to, only for the off chance of it being banned again. But as for team builder it would be as choosing the lane and champion and for people who do not want that character they simply refresh the roster. It also allows newer players to try certain roles instead of being forced into each.
