Premade Lane Runes and Masteries for New Draft

Having a way to automatically select runes and masteries before entering a lobby would be nice. By this I mean, if you wanted to play top, you could created runes and masteries for top lane and then not have to worry about having the wrong runes and masteries on because you forgot to change them post lobby. Although this would be sensitive with the diversity of champions in lanes, I still think having atleast some sort of functionality which allows you to premake your runes and masteries would be a cool feature as I am a player which regularly has jungle runes and masteries active as a support because I am clumsy.
