Project Blueprint Loading Screen Card

Hi just had a question of when loading screen cards will be available again because all I have is the blueprint for PROJECT Lucian skin and only 7 project cores but Idk if It would make me have the loading screen as I think it will only unlock the skin shard though I have the skin already but I was just wondering is there anytime soon riot will add project cards again to the loading screen I'm like the only one out of my friends without one in to que with a full project team thanks!!
