Veck, the just rebel

Hello everyone, I’m here today with a champion idea. I have never done one of these before, so I hope I you like my idea. I’ll take any and all feedback.

Short Description: Veck is a lone-warrior, he travels alone. He travels alone by choice, not by force. He is a quick thinker, always knows how to get out of a bad situation. He has a rebellious attitude, and never gives up in a fight. He also does not use a weapon. He uses his own style of fighting that he taught himself which uses his wits and unique skillsets to overcome his opponents.

[<>] Lore [<>] He belonged to the faction of Demacia, and attempted to spark a rebellion against Jarvin IV. He decided to leave Demacia when he was facing execution. He soon decided that independence was better for him, and has trained himself to be a witful fighter. Jarvin has searched for him ever since he escaped, so he can stop him from coming back to spread his ideals. This isn’t all of the lore, I’m not that good at making stories. **Abilities: ** Veck does not use mana, he uses an energy bar specific to him called “Rush”

Passive (Rush) - Veck gains rush each time he basic attacks. He consumes rush to use his abilities. Rush also refreshes while at spawn, just like mana. The amount of rush Veck gains from each basic attack and his maximum rush are determined by his level.

Q (Trip-Wire) - Veck consumes his rush to quickly place a trip-wire, which is invisible to enemy champions. Veck selects two areas within a specific radius to connect the trip-wire. When an enemy champion activates the trip-wire they take a small sum of bleed damage over 3 seconds (bleed damage increases per level.) The trip-wire also grants brief vision on allied team member’s maps. Veck can only place a maximum of 4 trip-wires at a time. He can only place one at level 1, but it increases at levels 5, 10, and 15. The length of the trip-wire is determined by how much rush was consumed.

W (Glory in Death): Passive - When Veck dies, all surrounding allies gain a brief burst of movement speed and surrounding enemies are slowed for a short duration. Active - Veck consumes his rush to dash to an ally or enemy champion or minion. If he dashes to an ally champion, the ally will gain movement speed buff and Veck will get increased health regeneration for a short duration. If Veck uses the ability to dash to an enemy champion, the enemy champion will be slowed and have bleed damage applied to them. All buffs and debuffs are determined by how much rush was consumed.

E (Mach Punch) - Veck consumes his rush to punch the air creating a sonic fist in the direction he punches. When Mach Punch hits a champion or minion a slow will be applied. They will also take damage based on the amount of AD Veck has and the distance Mach Punch traveled. The farther Mach Punch travels, the higher the damage will be. **The distance Mach Punch can travel is determined by how much rush was consumed. ** R (Technique) - Veck consumes his rush to surround his fists with sonic energy. The energy increases Veck’s attack speed and attack damage. Veck’s basic attacks also apply an effect similar to Vi’s E “Excessive Force.” The attacks don’t knock enemies back, but they do damage to enemy champions/minions behind what Veck is hitting. **The attack speed and damage on Technique are determined by how much rush is consumed. Technique has generally a low cooldown, because of Veck’s lack of damage in a normal combat situation. This gives Veck a source of damage in fights, other than his Mach Punch. **

I don’t really have any art skills, so I wasn’t able to create an image of Veck. If any of you want to take the time to make one, that would be awesome. Just post it here, and everyone can see what you made! Make him look like whatever you think would be good, because I don’t really know what he would look like. Remember, I’m taking suggestions for this. If you have any ideas, don’t hesitate to post them here.

I think overall it seems pretty cool, but the way i see it his rush grants him bonus use of his abilities for being in combat and gaining it all back when returning to base seems sorta odd. I think it should act somewhat like rage, where it decays when he's out of combat. Also, the trip wires seem like they would be used exclusively when out of combat, so requiring a resource obtained by being in combat just doesnt seem right. Maybe if the rush he has at the time they step on the wire caused an increased slow or bleed if he's in the area? this way they could be used as wards or if he leads an enemy into them they could be used as a tool in combat.
