Zargon, The elemental archmage
Hi, i've been thinking about a new midlane champion. This is just an idea (i'm open to ideas and criticism). Zargon is an AP based ranged mage. He has strong burst damage, and has decent aoe damage. I don't have any sketches or artwork, as i'm not really any good with that...
Story Zargon was born into a poor family. One day his home was burned down in a fire. His family died, but miraculousy he survived without a scratch. He resorted to begging in the streets, when he was one day found by an old man. The old man took him in and introduced him to a small band of magicians. The old man saw potential in him and trained him in the arts of fire, water, earth and wind. The old man became like a father to him, and the rest of the magicians like brothers and sisters. Zargon was happy, but not for long. On one fateful day Zargon's life was turned around, and his happiness turned to misery and hatred. The magicians were attacked by a band of bandits. The old man hid Zargon in a small attic. Zargon was forced to listen to his new family being killed, and after that day he vowed to kill every bandit in the world. He travelled to Noxus and attempted to join the Mage Council. The archmage saw great talent and he was accepted into the Council. From that day forth he trained every day, and eventually became the elemental archmage.
Abilities
Passive Earthborn skin Zargons intense training in the arts of earth magic he has gained rock hard skin, gaining him a 40 + 10 per lvl shield. This shield regenerates after 10 seconds out of combat Zargon's basic spells also have additional effects based on the previous spell used but removes all ongoing effects
Q - Raging Fire (skillshot) Spell cost - 50/60/70/80/90 mana Cooldown - 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Zargon conjures a fireball dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + 0.75% AP, and applies the "seared" effect reducing all heals by 50%
Additional effects Soaked - Enemy hit is infilicted with a burn dealing 30/40/50/60/70 + 0.30% AP per second for 2.5 seconds (thundering hurricane effect) - stuns enemies for 1 second
W - Geyser (skillshot) Cooldown - 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds Spell cost - 70/80/90/100/110 mana After 0.5 seconds a geyser erupts at target location dealing 80/120/160/200/240 + 0.9% AP applying the "soaked" effect reducing attack speed of all champions hit by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%
Additional effects Seared - Damage increased by 25% (thundering hurricane effect) - knocks enemies up for 0.5 seconds
E - Thundering hurricane (skillshot) Cooldown - 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Spell cost - 70/75/80/85/90 mana Zargon sends a hurricane infused with dark magic toward target location knocking all enemies hit up by 1.5 seconds and dealing 40/60/80/120/140 + 0.40 AP%, and applies (Effect name suggestions needed please) slowing all enemies hit by 15/20/25/30/35%.
Additional effects Seared - Reduces magic resist and armor rating by 10% Soaked - Slow increased by 50%
R - Elemental storm (skillshot) Cooldown - 140/130/120 seconds Spell cost - 100/125/150 mana Zargon gathers all his magic powers for a devastating attack. Roots all champions in the area for 1.5 seconds and deals 100/150/200 + 0.5% AP damage per second for the next 3 seconds. Within the first second Zargon can cancel this ability causing an explosion and dealing 200/300/400 + 0.7% AP to all enemies
This is my first concept, so please tell me what you think (though i kinda hope you like it)
