[REWORK] utility jungler Skarner, the crystalline guardian
A new rework for 
passive: Crystallizing Sing
> Skarner's damaging spells apply Crystal Venom to enemies for 5 seconds that stacks up to 3 times. > > With each Crystal Venom his basic atack deals increased magic damage (+ 5/10/20 per stack). > > If an enemy has 3 stacks of Crystal Venom, Skarner's spells have an additional effect and stun the target. > > Jungle creatures who are stunned recieve 10%/15%/20% EXTRA damage as TRUE damage > > Skarner cannot apply Crystal Venom to champions for 6 seconds after he stuns them
Q Crystal Slash
> (Active) Skarner lashes out with his claws, dealing magic damage to an enemy and charging himself with Crystal Energy for 1/2/2/3 seconds. > Wile charched with Crystal Energy, Skarner's basic attacks also apply Crystal Venom to his targets. > > > (Passive) crystallizing sting: slash : when an enemy with 3 stacks of Crystal Venom is hit by Crystal slash, Crystal slash deals additional magic damage (30%/35%/40%/45% of his attack damage) and stuns the target. > > > cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds > 80/100/120/150/ Mana > Magic Damage: 100/120/140/160 + 30/35/40/45/50% of AD > range 550
W: Crystalline Exoskeleton > (Active) Skarner gains a shield blocking 20/30/40/50% (+ 0,1/0,2/0,2/0,3/0,4 of his armour) from jungle creatures > (Active) Skarner gains a shield blocking 10/15/20/25% (+ 0,1/0,1/0,2/0,3/0,4 of his armour) from champions > > (Passive) crystallizing sting: Exoskeleton : when an enemy with 3 stacks of Crystal Venom is hit by skarner when Crystalline Exoskeleton is active, the enemy's armour and magic resistance is lowered and stuns the target.

E Crystalline Fracture
> (Active) Skarner fires a fracture of pure Crystalline Crystal to an enemy > > When a champion is hit, an Crystal Spire appears on top of the enemy champion for 1/2/2,5/3/3,5 seconds. > > When a jungle creatures is hit, an Crystal Spire will appear in the jungle camp for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds > > Champions with an Crystal Spire wil be slowed every time skarner deals damage to them, In the jungle a Crystal Spire give 1%/3%/5%/7%/10% of skarners damage dealt to creatures back as mana > > (Passive) crystallizing sting: Fracture : when an enemy with 3 stacks of Crystal Venom is hit by Fracture, the target is stuns and after the stun the target is slowed for 2 seconds.

R Impale > Skarner suppresses an enemy champion and deals magic damage to it. > During this time, Skarner IS SLOWED and will drag his helpless victim around with him.
