One request I'd like to make - can rune pages be champion specific this time around?

Or, similar to Item Sets, you can create pages for specific champions, for specific maps, etc.

Today I realized I don't have an Azir page set-up and... well, it bothered me to think the new system will still favour who play a small pool of champions. The ability to edit in champion select should only be useful for small edits - especially if the system is as comprehensive as you advertise it's going to be. ^_^
