New skin for Bard

I think Riot should do a skin named : "Happy Egg Bard". Here's his description. Passive: His chimes are eggs and his meeps are chicks in their shells that are a bit broken Q: Bard launch an egg and if there's is another target/wall behind the target the egg bounce to the target/wall and when the target is stun, the target is/are stuck in an egg instead of ice for the skin snow day bard. W: His shrine his an egg and when it powers up, the egg becomes colorful. E: His portal is green and while champions are in it they become some rabbits R: His ultimate his green instead of golden.
