WHAT IF... Clairvoyance was a kind of ward available at level 1?

Since and are both available at level 1, and are both weaker versions of their level 9 counterparts, why not have a weaker ?

It could have similar properties, like its color and long range. But, to follow the level 9 superiority, it could also have a much shorter range and a very short lasting time (like 5 seconds). It could be used to protect a lane from ganks, without needing to stray too far from lane to ward a bush, where an enemy could be.
