When in promo's you should be given one free dodge to improve experience

Couldn't dodge my last game due to it being my last chance in lobby a player [ Not naming ] started harassing players on team and trying to tilt allies lategame since our jungler didn't " Camp " his lane he intentionally ran into enemy team and tried to 1v5 Constantly saying " WOW TRASH TEAM " would be much happier getting a single chance to dodge each promo

Please riot add this I cant handle these kinds of players :/
