Adc - Ben, The Bigshot Basic attack - emits an energy pulse from his fingertips

Passive: Unstable Energy - On Ben's 4th consecutive attack on the same target he will apply a stack of Unstable Energy that slows the targeted enemy 15/17/20/25% (+.04 bonus ad) for 2 seconds only if the enemy uses an ability while affected with the debuff. Once the ability is used the stack is consumed.

Q - Implosive Matter - Ben launches and ball of flickering energy that attaches to the first enemy champion hit dealing 12/18/24/30/36 (+.5 bonus AD) magic damage to the champion and enemies in a small circle around it over 3 seconds. Ben can reactivate this ability to make the matter implode, dealing 40/50/65/80/95 physical damage and pulling champions in a small circle around the target to it. Enemies affected are stunned for .25 secs per enemy that was pulled in. If Ben does not reactivate the ability the matter diffuses. CD - 15/13/11/9/8 seconds after diffuse/implosion

W - Bellow - Ben pulses the ground at his feet, creating a wave around his vicinity that does physical damage and knocks back all enemies hit. CD - 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

E - Transport - Ben takes him and anyone around him into an alternate dimension. Taking everyone out of combat for 1.75 seconds and then bringing them back at the designated area. This affects allies too. Im not too sure about the range for this but it should be pretty decently sized as to change the battle fields terrain in one move. Once reverted back to reality all enemies take physical damage and are slowed 25%. If they happen to have a stack of Unstable Matter the stack is consumed and the slows stack. CD:22/20/18/16/15 seconds

R - Big Bang - In a large radius around Ben he creates an energy explosion where he stands. Enemies caught in the blast are Blinded for 3 seconds and take massive Physical damage. Ben casts this for 1 second while standing still. CD:215/190/160 seconds

Passive too weak, safety too strong. Allow me to explain: Ben's passive only works after hitting a target 4 times consecutively. Afterwards, with ample time to notice this mark building up, the enemy must refrain from casting a spell or else... he'll get slowed by a pitiful 25%. Oh noes. Considering all the buildup to this debuff, you'd think it would be a little scarier. Raise the slow amount by a lot (should scale better into lategame) and/or lower stack requirement to 3. This is an interesting skill, and should have ample payoff. On the matter of safety, Ben has two disruptive abilities and invulnerability. If the enemy gets close enough, he can use his ult for devastating damage. Ben is an anomaly, an adc that you don't want to/can't get close to, and that's bad for the game. I'd suggest nerfing some of his safety, like his W (the least innovative/interesting skill) in terms of cooldowns and possibly range (you should specify ranges and radii somewhere, to get an idea of just how strong his utility is). His E is another skill which requires some big changes. Allowing a non-ultimate ability to turn all enemies and allies in an area invulnerable is ridiculously overpowered, even if I absolutely love the idea. Maybe tweaking the ability to ignore allies (lowering troll potential) and have a very low radius of effect (like, Alistar Q). Also, the location where he would reappear would have to be extremely obvious for counterplay's sake. Finally, his ult. According to the rest of his kit (from my perspective) Ben is supposed to kite with slows and disruption while dishing out decent adc damage, able to dodge lots of deadly poke with his E. However, his ultimate counteracts this idea, giving him a burst of aoe damage around him. Why would he want to be in the middle of the enemy team? Does he need a further deterrent to diving champions? This ult does not fit into a kitey, adc playstyle and should be revised. And this is his third self targeted aoe ability! How much less complicated do you want him to be? There are so many more interesting things you could have done with this spell slot, and it feels kind of like a waste. Anyway, that's just my opinion. Hope you continue to improve upon this champ in the future. Reviewer, away!summoner 4
