New skins idea (hextech crafting)

Hello, ladies and gentlemen. So, I've had an idea considering hextech crafting is out. For now we have Hextech annie as the most sought after skin. What if Riot made some skins and didn't publish splash art or wouldn't give any info on them. Just make them possible to get from Hextech crafting as a very rare skin or skins. Would be nice and exciting to a random skin not even knowing it did exist in the game at all. I don't if it's possible to hide them, but maybe.. The skins could be some fan ideas , which are floating around the net or something along those lines. And I think when you get a completely never seen or heard of before skin you would look forward to get more boxes/keys, play more games. Also the randomness and secrecy would bring much more excitement to the crafting system. So , what do you think fellow players and Rioters?
