Champ Concept: Claret Sword Dragon, the Blade of Despair

Disclaimer: for any who may be confused on this, this is just for fun. I don't expect Riot to try to make a champ of this. Honestly, if they saw my concepts they'd probably faint from horror.

Lore: Blaster Dark controlled the shadow paladins, but it was clear that he was not cut out to lead the group. Various divergent groups emerged, with the most powerful group being led by the mighty Claret Sword Dragon. He wishes to stand against the sanctuary, following his beliefs of "might makes right." He now leads his dark crusade against Blaster Blade, sure that his dark blade will lead him to bloody victory.

Abilities:

Passive: Law of the Strong

Whenever Claret Sword Dragon lands an autoattack against an enemy that has a negative effect applied to it, he deals 10% increased attack damage to it.

Q: debilitating strikes Claret sword will slow the next enemy he autoattacks by 25/30/35% for 3 seconds, and deals bonus damage equal to 3% of the target's max health. Upon activation, the autoattack timer is reset.

W: bloody guillotine (15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown)

Fires a skillshot in the target direction, stopping against the first enemy champion hit. They will take damage equal to 10% of their current health over the next five seconds. Claret sword will heal himself for half the damage dealt.

E: Deathly Impact (13/12/11 second cooldown)

Select a target location. After 1 second, Claret sword dragon will fly up and crash down into that area, dealing damage that scales with 20/25/30/35/40% of his AD. This will also stun enemies in the center of the circle for 2 seconds, while slowing other enemies by 10% for 3 seconds.

R: Tides of Despair (110/100/90 second cooldown)

Claret Sword Dragon charges up for 5/4/3 seconds. At the end of that, he unleashes a torrent of fire in a circle around him that deals 200/300/400 flat damage to enemies hit, though it deals an additional 50/75/100 flat damage to enemies that have negative effects tied to them.

Enemies: Blaster Dark, Macha, Charon, Fullbau, Badabh Kahr, Mac Lir, all units from all other United Sanctuary clans.
