I know sirens are Greek and she is Egyptian but bear with me. The most known Egyptian gods are anubis (nasus) sekmet (renekton) ra (azir) and bastet (kajya). She is a cat women. Has a whip and is mage/support.

Her passive is she gains mana with each basic attack and if she is full she gains a shield. When shield breaks she gets mana back.

Her q is she charms an enemy and lowers there armor and magic resist while they are charmed. Skill shot.

Her w is an area of effect that heals allies and hurts enemies.

Her e is a dash to target. Enemies take damage and are stunned allies get shield and movement speed.

Her ult is a global that cover field in sandstorm. Boosts allies damage and blinds enemies. Slows all. Even allies. To be fair. Seeing as it is a sandstorm.
