Cross Server Link?

Dear Riot, Now I get that that there are specific servers for everyone (e.g: NA for North America users) but what if I have a friend that moved to EU and I want to play a match or 2 with him, now I'm not saying that u should just like all the servers to make 1 super (laggy) server but there should be a room (not customs) that would allow the user to do a cross server link and play with other people from different servers. I mean I get why the servers isn't linked cause there will be lag and a lot of it but still it would be cool.....
