[Champion Concept] Fetorus, the Zaun Bullwhip
I was thinking about a cool champion who suits the new Marksman Meta! However, he isn't a marksman but he is an anti-marksman, anti-tank, anti-carry like Urgot - but cooler.. more badass.

Sword of the Demagogue (Innate) -- Fetorus' blade is drenched in a very potent chemical which makes the following occur: Every 35 {minus current level} seconds (cooldown is reduced with auto-attacks by half a second) Fetorus' next auto attack causes the enemy to become taunted by him and reduces their damage by 4 x their level (Capping at 72%)

Abrasive Assault (Spell 1) - Fetorus' uses his modified gauntlet to fire a filamentous substance in a linear skillshot that if it hits a target, knocks them down, pulls them towards Fetorus, and reduces their Armor & Magic resist by 10/25/30/35/40%.

Miasma (Innate; Spell 2) - Hitting Fetorus applies a 5 second debuff to the enemy which causes their attack speed to become greatly reduced.

Trenchant Rampart (Spell 2) - Fetorus deploys a shield that absorbs 25 x level damage, and after absorbing an offensive enemy spell it pops. After the shield pops Fetorus gets bonus Tenacity, Armor, and Magic Resist while the ability is on cooldown.

Virulent Belts (Toggle; Spell 3) - Fetorus activates a gizmo on his gauntlet that produces a new blade from his armguard and puts his sword away. His primary passive is deactivated during this time and he loses 10 mana per second. While the ability is toggled on his attacks apply a virus which grants true-sight of the victim, and deals 10 + 3% of current health as physical damage per second over 3 seconds. This debuff does not stack but is refreshed.

Poison Ring (Ultimate) - Fetorus (Nunu-esque ult) unloads a toxic cartridge in his gauntlet thus channeling for the next 3 seconds, slowing, silencing and knocking down all those within his range while also fearing those who touch the perimeter of the circular guidelines (only if they are already inside the circle). After the channeling, the circle vanished, and the toxic fumes explode dealing 25% of the healthiest enemy champion's current health as physical damage. As a bonus effect (this next one is a dozy) the enemy champions have an effect called "revolt" applied to them which grants them a massive movement speed buff, cancels out any form of anti-minion-collision, and makes the victims become drawn towards each other (which causes them to just rush around and bump into each other aggressively) for the next 2 seconds.
