Caroline, jinx's big sister

Caroline, the big sis Lore: Caroline is the long lost Jinx sister, who wants to get revange on her sister for that her parents forgot about her, because they were too busy with Jinx. She ran from home and found an old man, living in a peacefull village, that tought her the way to live calm and supress the anger within her, he also taught her the ways to fight, but only when she really needs. One day she couldnt take it anymore, she grabbed the only weapon nearby, which was a stone and killed her master. Then she went to Zaun to find her little sister, the only thing she found was a ghost city, where only criminnals live. She killed everyone, who stood on her path, the only one who opposed her was the madman of zaun, mundo himself, she lost, all wounded, with one arm, she tried to hide, but mundo didnt stop there, she hid in the ruins of a house, where Victor found her, he made her robotic arm, patched her up and gave her a weapon, Raubtier the great chainsaw. Now angry and armed up she joins the League of Legends to find Jinx and kill her.

She is bruiser usually played top or even jungle, tipycall bruiser build, which has really good sustain. Health regen doesnt work on her.

Teamfight: She has a decent teamfight, better 1 v 1.

Build: Trinity force, Frozen mallet, Sunfire Cape, Dead's man plate, Black Cleaver, Boots of Swiftness itc.

Animations: She colappses on the ground with her chainsaw sticking out of the dirt. Standart revive animation.

Base stats: Health: 500 (+78 per level) Her abilities drain health Damage: 58 (+3 per level) Attack speed: 0.590 (+0,7% per level) Range: 185 Armor: 25 (+3.5 per level) MR: 30 (+0,5 per level) No health regen or mana regen Movement speed: 317

Skills: Thirsty: Caroline passively loses health (2/3/4 every 2 seconds, at 20% health completely stops), but the lower on health she gets, the more lifsteal she acquires. Every 18% lost health = about 6/8/10/12% lifesteal depending on level. Also she has increased movement speed against champions that are lower than 30% health 15-20 depending on the % health lost and is a bit slowed when running from them (550 range)

Rage: Costs 29/34/40 health, cooldown: 9 seconds. Caroline charges her chainsaw and swings with 5 strong basic attacks, gains 40 range (+0,65, 0,70, 0,75, 0,78 Attack damage), inflicting fear in her enemies lowering their damage and attack speed with 10% and also slowing them for 2 seconds (50%). The ability cant be activated when above 85% health.

Run, run, RUN!: Doesn't have cost, cooldown 35 seconds. Caroline hits the ground with her chainsaw, sticks it in the ground and starts running (like sion ult, but with slower controls, more straight). When it connects it deals (0.80, 0.85, 0.90, 0.1 attack damage ratio), you cannot stop it. Range - 700 and doesn't grow.

Sacrifice (this abillity needs a change) Cooldown 5 seconds, the buff lasts 5/6/7/8/9 seconds and also costs 100 health Active: Caroline cuts herself sacrificing 100 health in order to gain 15 attack damage. Passive: Caroline get's 50/60/65/70/75 health, whenever she kills an enemy champion.

BLOODBATH: Cost's 100 health, cooldown: 160 secs. Caroline dashes forward and sticks her chainsaw in her target's chest if connected dealing massive damage and stunning them for 1,5 seconds, then che kicks them at a 170 range, slowing them for 2,5 seconds (1,2 ad scaling, 1,2 ap scaling), if it doesnt connect cooldown is halved and also cost is doubled. Range on cast (180 range), pretty fast animation. If the target is killed she can cast it again in 3 seconds.

I don't have any images of her yet, i am really bad at drawing, but you can imagine her like a orange haired psychopathyc girl with a chainsaw and a lot of blood on her and also the arm that victor made for her. Skin ideas: Candy Carolina: She swings with a giant lolipop and also spills candy.
