REALLY RIOT!??!?!? The perfect champ you can possibly make a "project" skin out of is shen. Please make a project shen, it would be a lot better then a crappy project katarina and all those other random champs. I am also a huge fan of shen and he is my favorite and me and my friend play shen and kennen all the time, so seeing a project shen would make me very happy.
Dude, i understand you I was just about to post something like this because its strange how they would give zed a project skin and not give Shen one. I play Shen a lot but a possible reason why riot isn't going to make this skin is cause no one really plays Shen. Therefore no ones going to buy the skin, but it could also go the other way. If the skin is like the first Ultimate project skin then i am sure more people will play Shen. Shen has two great skins in my opinion Frozen Shen and Yellow jacket Shen because they kind of look like Sub zero and Scorpion. The thing is those skins aren't in the store, i know some people will probably say what about warlord Shen but to me it doesn't really have anything that stands out. KingNark your right about how Shen is the perfect champion to have a project skin other than Katarina although deathrosezyra has a point a lot of people post things like this and this idea would need a lot of attention for it to actually happen. Riot if you ever see this message just know that Shen needs some love too <3.

they don't look at individuals like you, "pls riot I like ... alot so pls make this skin." RIOT doesn't care. don't know how they work with it but my guess is they just randomly pick champions to make PROJECT skins for.
Pool Party skins were suggested by the community but even that costs alot of people to make it happen. there are a lot of people with suggestions which RIOT ignores so the likelyhood of a PROJECT: Shen skin coming is either a long ass time from now or not at all.
