Snow day Ivern

Now, I've never come up with a skin idea before, and i know it takes some time BUT my friend likes Ivern a lot, and he came up with a skin idea for him. I do know that if I should make a skin concept I need to make a 3d model of the champion and its abilities, however I am not able to do that :/

SNOW DAY IVERN Passive = A snowy landscape with penguins and ice-skates. Q = He fires a snowball. W = A snowy bush. When he attacks from brush it is small icicle. E = A shield of ice. R = A huge ice monster, when dropped down it makes some snow splatter around it.

If anyone can make this, please send it to Riot, or me, I would be very thankful.
