Custom match modes - A few idea's.

Long term project idea's I think custom modes could use a little love.

-Match rules ability to set match rules and modifiers for custom games.

-More maps. Return old modes but only in custom. updates will be much slower for these modes as they are not a high priority and meant to be for fun and experimentation.
