The title is it, Swain with a dragon on his shoulder, and morphing into a dragon, make it a legendary if you want too, i would buy it.

They've been planning and iceboxed a dragon master swain for years now. Maybe he'll get it when he gets a game update
They already said that this will be out either this year or next
Dragon Master Swain has been on the table for years. Apparently there's someone at Riot that won't let anyone forget about it for long. Good chance we'll see it by sometime next year.
