Mentor System

So I was thinking about how hard it is for new players to learn how to play League since there are so many things and so many champions to learn and I was wondering if Riot could introduce a "mentor" system.

The idea is that when a max-level player queues up for a game (or maybe in options) they can hit a check box that says "mentor." This makes it so there is a chance they get put into a game with lower-level/new players. The mentor maybe has runes/masteries de-activated and maybe has some kind of broadcast to show skillshots or is automatically Danger pinged when they are nearby non-mentor enemies. This way newer players have some training wheels to learn the different champions and how to play against them while also in general newer players get an idea of how higher-level people play the game and general good habits.

And if you mentor 5 times a month then you get a mystery prize at the end of the month (or maybe a chest & key)
