Pug'maw needs a prestige edition skin.

In the new cats vs dogs update I noticed that Fizzes new skin has a dog as his ult. So I was thinking why don't we have pug'maw as that skin or add a prestige skin for him. I mean I would pay a huge sum of money for that skin, wouldn't you?
