Make the RAF Warwick and Twitch as Vintage Skins

I think this would be a really cool Idea because It would make players who were able to unlock the skins before Refer-a-friend retired a little more special. Especially since Riot said that you would be able to unlock them again through other events so you can see who got the skin in the "old days" same with how Definitely Not Blitzcrank and other holiday skins became vintage when they re-released them years later.

Do you guys think this would be a cool way to show players who managed to get their friends to play before RAF retired?
