Give us Hellfire Nocturne

Make him an ultimate skin.

Make his ultimate make it look like everything is on fire. Make it so that when he dashes he leaves a huge trail of flame/light behind him.

Make his Q set enemies on fire and melt the ground it passes over.

Instead of making him red flame, make him have blue and black flames with a touch of white, similar to super hot flames.

Each time he blocks something with his spellshield, or gets a kill, or gets a certain amount of CS the flames on him should get more exaggerated. The black gets darker, the blue gets more intense. This will be permanent. Better nocturne players will look more and more epic.

His passive will have an explosion of flames.

And his e has a lot of potential if we think outside the block.

I feel that it's fair that he get the ultimate skin, he's not particularly popular, he has multiple legacy pricepoint skins, 1 regular 975 skin, and 1 legendary skins.
